Caroline is a PhD candidate in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences of Columbia University. Her PhD thesis is focused on studying the impacts of partial cambial dieback on the radial growth and leaf-level physiology of ancient conifers in Mongolia. She is co-advised by Drs. Edward Cook and Laia Andreu-Hayles.
